Stefan von Buddenbrock a4c2ec5787 Build universal binary and zip archive for distribution 
build-app.sh now compiles for both arm64 and x86_64, combines them with
lipo, and packages the result into UncleRecon.zip using ditto. Both
build artefacts are excluded from version control.
